DEKKO terms of use for divers

Informative translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Version 1.0 · in force from 13 October 2026

These terms govern your diver account on DEKKO. You accept them when you tap “Create my account” on the website or app of a dive centre that uses DEKKO.

1. Who we are

DEKKO is a platform of ENES Estrategia Conjunta, S.L. (sociedad unipersonal) (Tax ID B22468284, Partida Valls, s/n, 43350 Les Borges del Camp, Tarragona). Contact: hola@dekko.club.

2. What the DEKKO account is

When you sign up you create a diver profile in the DEKKO network with your contact details, certifications, insurance and documents. With that profile you can:

The account is free for divers.

4. Requirements

5. Your documents

6. Proper use

You may not use DEKKO to impersonate another person, upload false documents, send unlawful content or try to access other people's accounts or data. If you do, we may suspend or close your account, notifying you unless the law prevents it.

7. Diving insurance

If the centre has enabled it, you can take out the insurance the centre works with from your profile. The insurance contract is between you and the insurer, under its own terms. DEKKO only tells the insurer which centre you come from.

8. Your data

How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy policy. In short:

9. Availability

We work to keep DEKKO available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. If an interruption affects a booking, the centre will deal with you directly.

10. Liability

DEKKO is responsible for providing the account service with due care. DEKKO is not responsible for the diving activity, the organisation of dives or the centre's decisions about your documents or your fitness. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law.

11. Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you like from your profile or by writing to hola@dekko.club. When you close it we delete your profile, except for data the law requires us to keep. The history of your bookings with each centre is kept by that centre under its own policy.

12. Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version with its date and, if the change affects what you accepted, we will ask you to accept it again before you continue using the account.

13. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. You can also write to us first at hola@dekko.club to try to resolve it.
